BioI am a graduate student, writer, and news transcriber by day. I recently started a second, more topical blog that you should check out at http://gold-mean.blogspot.com/
I started this blog because I've missed keeping a journal, and am too lazy to keep one without the aid of free (or mostly free) software.
I live with Kyberneticist, who is a member of this site, but doesn't keep a blog. He should.
I am not religious or particularly political, although I am proud to say that I voted for Al Gore in 2000 (UPDATE: and Kerry in '04. I just don't give up, do I?) If I had to choose a religion right now, I would be a Buddhist Quaker or a secular humanist mystic.
I don't expect many people to read this blog; it mostly exists for its own sake, and mine, for the aforementioned reasons.
If ya do read it, though, post me a comment now and again so that I can gauge just how solipsist my introspective ponderings have become...Notice that I often use language which implies that I truly do believe people are reading the contents herein on a regular basis. Don't worry--I am not so deluded ;)
